Ordering, Returns & Delivery


Made to Measure Items

All of our items that are Made-to-Order and are individually cut just for you. This makes our pieces non-refundable. If providing us with measurements yourself please note we cannot be responsible for the sizing of this if those measurements are incorrect. However, we will always do our very best to ensure your garment is the perfect fit for you.

Please allow up to 4 weeks, from the date we receive your measurements, for your item to be completed & ready for collection/ delivery. We will endevour to have your item ready much sooner than this but given restrictions by some of our suppliers we have to allow the full 4 weeks. 

Please note, some pieces, which have been featured on TV/ Celebrity Clients may take longer than the above time frame due to high demand. Please refer to item page for more details. 

If the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the ordered items(s) after inspection of the goods, we will follow a strict policy of Repair, Replace and finally Refund, depending on which remedy is the most appropriate. We must be notified of this within 7 days of receiving your item. 

We advise items are collected in person to allow the customer to try on the garment before taking it away. If any issues arise, these can be resolved at this point. 

If you are unable to collect your item in person we are able to deliver your goods to you at an additional charge of £4.99.

Standard Size Items (S/M/L etc)

Some of our more softly-structured garments do not require specific measurements and can be made to S/M/L sizes. These items are all made to order, so are non-refundable, but in the case that the client is not happy with their item, we can offer credit/exchange to be spent on another item. In the event of a client wanting an exchange, we must be notified within 7 days of receiving your item. Items must be returned to us in the same condition they were received and please email the team to notify us of your request of exchange. We withhold the right to refuse exchange if we think the item has been worn, damaged or altered in any way. Credit must be spent within 6 months of receipt. 


Sale Items

All sale items are non-refundable. Please note that sale items are occasionally previous samples in which case some jumpsuits may have an overlocked hem so that you can have altered to your desired length. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your garment please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your item and we will follow a strict, Repair, Replace or Refund policy.
